As you can see by the images on this site a lot of my builds are computer models.
Lego Digital Designer from The Lego Company is a program for planning lego models on your computer.
It has everything from wheels to chickens and minifig bits in between.
LDD is perfect for creating new models with parts you may not have yet or for making a computer model of your favourite set using the instructions that lego make.
You simply select a part from the massive library in the left column and place it on the grid.
You can use the arrow keys to turn it and when placed use the paint tool to colour it, you can even use stickers on some parts like minifig bodies and heads.
You can send your file to your friends so they can enjoy it to and it will even make instructions for you so you can build it in the real world.
Try it out.
Here is a place where you can download instructions

Car azy
I found myself sitting here the other day playing around on LEGO DIGITAL DESIGNER (LDD).
LDD is a program that lets you design your creations on a computer before you build them in real life.
So I designed a zippy little future car and thought 'hey cool'.
I built it in white as many future car designs are done in white, right?
Then I wondered what it would look like in another colour so I tried it in Power Miners green and went whohh... I was amazed at how different it looked.
Then I tried it in chrome silver (the good thing about LDD is you can paint any lego piece in any lego colour).
I soon realised that with a few small changes to the design I could make the car look like something completely different.
Soon I had a whole racing team going, see if you can guess who the bottom cars are for.
Why not try and design your own racing team using your favorite mini figs. I wonder what Luke or Boba Fetts might look like, I'm sure that Olivia from Friends would cook up something wild as well.

EXTERMINATE !
Everyone here knows Doctor Who RIGHT???
Well you should it is an awesome show and one of my favourite scaries fom it are the Daleks.
I just scrunch up when they talk.
Anyway I found a great design out on the interwebs and so I made up some instruction pages for you to build one at home.
Lets Go!...
You could even build your own Doctor Who Minifig or change the Dalek colours to red or blue or something.
Just be careful if you try to build a TARDIS, they're bigger on the inside than the outside.
